Richwood Industries, Inc. Releases 2023 GHG Data

Grand Rapids, MI: Richwood Industries, a wood distributor and manufacturer serving the North American office furniture and composite panel manufacturing industries, today released their 2023 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) data. The data, which was verified by UL Solutions, covers the company's scope 1 and scope 2 GHG emissions following ISO 14064 Part 1: 2018 criteria.

Completing this report and verifying the data it is one of many steps Richwood is taking to demonstrate its commitment to sustainability as an organization and through its product lines. “As we have grown in our understanding of the topic of sustainability and seen the benefits it is bringing to Richwood and our customers, we have refocused our efforts, making environmental sustainability one of our top priorities”, said Dan Springer, President of Richwood Industries. “We believe this is the future of the woodworking industry and are excited to be part of the growing number of companies focusing on stewardship.”
